Please review the following terms of using John Edward Hair Salon services.

• We require a credit card number to schedule an appointment.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
• Be aware that late arrivals may not receive a full treatment and will be billed for a full treatment.
• John Edward Hair Salon understands cancellations are sometimes inevitable. Please note we need at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment or you will incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge no-shows the full value of service. Please contact reception as soon as possible so we can allow those clients on our waiting list to enjoy our services as well.
• If using a gift certificate, please mention the certificate when making an appointment.
• We kindly ask that you please turn off your cell phone on arrival.
• In order to provide you with the best possible service, we ask that you be as honest as possible regarding your personal health. All information will be kept with the utmost confidence. Clients with high blood pressure, severe diabetes, skin rashes, more than seven months pregnant, undergone surgery within 6 weeks prior to service, or are currently receiving chemotherapy or radiation therapy must provide written authorization from your physician prior to scheduling appointments.
• For hair removal, please inform us if you are currently using Accutane, Retin-A, antibiotics, or have diabetes due to increased skin sensitivity. No deodorant, facial glycolic, or microdermabrasion for at least 3 days prior to, or after, waxing.
• Groups of 5 or more will have a 15%gratuity automatically added.
• All prices subject to change without notice.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
• We encourage clients to leave extra jewelry and other valuables at home as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen articles.
• For all returned checks a $25 processing fee will be applied.
